We formulate the demands with which Karl Wörwag wants to position itself in the competition and at the same time meet the growing social challenges along the value chain.

We have defined these requirements for our organization in the following “Declaration of Principles for Compliance and Respect for Human Rights“.

As a globally operating paint and coating company, Karl Wörwag Lack- und Farbenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG is aware of its responsibility within the global flow of goods. We can only be permanently successful if the impacts of our business activities are in harmony with people and the environment. Karl Wörwag Lack- und Farbenfabrik GmbH & Co KG is therefore committed to strengthening human rights and reventing human rights violations. This commitment applies both to our own operations and to our global supply and value chains.

We have defined these claims for our organization in the “Declaration of Principles for the Preservation and Respect of Human Rights“.

This Code of Conduct for suppliers is based on the “Declaration of Principles for Compliance and Respect for Human Rights” and defines the requirements that Wörwag places on its  suppliers, as well as their sub-suppliers, with regard to their responsibility for safety, health, environment and human rights. Wörwag reserves the right to change the requirements of this Code of Conduct accordingly. In this case, Wörwag expects its suppliers to accept such changes.

Each employee is responsible for compliance with the principles of the Code of Conduct. It is only by working together that we can achieve an ethical and integrity-based corporate culture supported by all employees.
