What do you do?

You are the linchpin in the world of machines. You set up our production machines and systems, put them into operation and are responsible for their operation during the production process. You stay on the ball and future-proof our machines by retrofitting them and carrying out essential maintenance measures.

The digitalization of production will accompany you during your two-year apprenticeship and beyond. Understanding processes and production expertise are important skills for this. One thing is sure: you will get to know our machines, plants and processes down to the smallest detail – and hopefully also learn to love them!

And after the training?

You’re a real all-rounder with comprehensive expertise and the ability to put things into practice. With the appropriate work experience, you can train to become a technician (m/f/d) or industrial foreman (m/f/d).

Of course, there are also numerous development opportunities within the company. All options for advancement are open to you. And that in a specialist or management career! No matter what, we will accompany you in your professional and personal development.
